At Tuition Specialists there is no bottom line. In fact, no full time employee at Tuition Specialists shall ever receive 25 times more pay than any other. Taking into account that CEOs at S&P 500 companies average 344 times the pay of the average American worker (866 times that of minimum wage workers), a 25 to 1 ratio may seem unrealistic. We disagree. When we succeed, every employee is rewarded by the impact they have made.
